Pinoy new bie

Hi guys,

I am grace gabay and a newbie. I am from Pasig City and working full time as a Middle School Gudiance Secretary at the International School Manila(ISM). I learned about Pinoy desk through the forum in Odesk website. My intention of joining pinoy desk is to learn as my initial goal and to meet fellow pinoy odesk(ers). I am a mother of one(girl) 44 years old. Im still learning here in really Im still very lost in regards yes cover letter. Got rejected 3x na and has 7 applications pending. And as I learn from Emz video tutorial i would pressume and expect reject na ako.

This website is a great tool for learning Maraming salamat po .

[b]I joined O desk mainly because to have added income as life is becoming very challenging for all of us.

Also may I ask if na ubos ko na my quota does it get refreshed? or thats it na for me?

Your advice would be highly appreciated

Hi! Thanks for joining this community I am building. Hope my video helped you in a applying for a job. Regarding your job quota. You have to end some candidacy na sa tingin mo wla na talaga. (ako i end candidacy once umabot na ng 4days na walang reply) It also expires. Madagdagan ang candidacy quota mo if. 1. mahire ka 2. mareject. 3. you end candidacy 4. maexpire ang candidacy (1 week ata)

Thank you again super for your reply, and as expected I got my 4th reject.I guess you are right, its been a week na since my application so I guess I need to cancel it na. Pwede po mag ask ulit? .... my profile is 90% complete, I dont know anymore how to cover the remaining 10%

wala na ako ma test.....those are the ones i know brainbecnh naman requries payment

wala na I took the typing test and personality test otherwise wala na that deals on what I know

Even Microsoft office? powerpoint? Email etiquette? madaming madali, also... it well help, mag google while taking exam... go gor it..

Newbie here from bulacan...last month lang ako nag-join sa odesk and i was lucky enough to get hired recently as commissions accountant. Mag-undergo pa ako series of trainings sa software ng client ko so ala pa talaga akong hands-on sa odesk team..

Just wondering kung pwede na ba akong mag-log in sa odesk team system kahit wala pang instruction ang client to start?? Curious lang ako how the system works..

Thanks for joining and posting.. pero sana mas maganda kung nag gawa ka ng bagong thread mo.. hehehe Anyways... you can try using Odesk team.. just be sure NOT TO LOG TIME... and just in case na log ng hindi sinasadya... Ierase mo agad sa work history mo.. para walang babayaran ung client mo...

Good luck on your first job! And btw,,, mysterious type ka? You dont have picture here and even in odesk eh.. hahaha

Stock knowledge un Emz!!..hehe, ubos oras sa google and madami pang kailangan i-filter na info to get the answer...pero dun sa odesk readiness test take 2 ako dun..hehe..kakatamad magbasa eh..
